यस विद्यालयको स्थापना मिति २०६२ साल मा साविक बेसीबिचवा वडा न. ५, विकास बस्ती मा भएको थियो। विद्यालय सुरुवाती रूपमा ३ कोठे धुलौटे टहरा बाट सुरु भएको थियो। विद्यालयको सुरुवाती चरणमा कोठा निर्माणका लागि बाबुराम राना लाई अध्यक्ष बनाई तदर्थ समिति गठन गरिएको थियो। कोठा निर्माणका लागि नयाँ गाउँको अक्षय कोषबाट रू. ५०,००० (अक्षरेपी पचास हजार) सहयोग प्राप्त भएको थियो।
साथै, गाउँका भद्रभलाश शिक्षा प्रेमी सामाजिक अगुवाहरूको नेतृत्वमा समुदायिक वनबाट काठ संकलन गरी ३ कोठे धुलौटे टहरा निर्माण गरिएको थियो। कक्षाकोठा खुला भएकाले पठनपाठन गर्न असहज हुने, कहिले गाई-गोरु त कहिले बाख्राले कक्षा कोठा बिगार्ने समस्या भइरहन्थ्यो। यस समस्यालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै विद्यालयको तदर्थ समिति तथा राम बहादुर राना को नेतृत्वमा दोंदानदीमा काठे पुल निर्माण गरी बाटुवाहरूबाट रू. १,१५,००० संकलन गरी कक्षाकोठाको भित्ता बनाउन सफल भएको थियो।
This school was established in 2062 BS in Bikash Basti, located in the former Besibichawa Ward No. 5. It initially began operating out of a humble three-room mud-and-thatch hut. To oversee the initial construction, an ad-hoc committee was formed under the chairmanship of Baburam Rana. The project received NPR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) in financial support from the Nayagaun Endowment Fund. Additionally, local community leaders and education enthusiasts gathered timber from the nearby community forest to build the three-room structure. However, because the classrooms were open, teaching was difficult, and stray livestock like cattle and goats frequently wandered in and damaged the premises. To solve this problem, the ad-hoc committee, led by Ram Bahadur Rana, constructed a wooden bridge over the Donda River and collected NPR 115,000 in tolls from travelers, using the funds to successfully construct proper walls for the classrooms.
विद्यालयको सुरुवातमा २ जना निजि स्रोतबाट तलब भुक्तान गरिने गरी तत्कालिन बाईसीबिचवा गा.वि.स. वडा न. ५, विकास बस्ती निवासी सेवाराम राना (प्र. अ.) र बबिता बडायक (सहायक शिक्षक) पदमा नियुक्त गरिएको थियो। मिति २०६३ पौष २५ गते जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालयबाट १ कक्षा सञ्चालन अनुमति प्राप्त भयो। त्यसपछि हरेक वर्ष थप कक्षा अनुमति प्राप्त गर्दै गयो।
विद्यार्थी संख्या वृद्धि भएसँगै शिक्षकको अभाव पनि हुँदै गयो। त्यसका लागि विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति, शिक्षक-अभिभावक संघ, विद्यालय प्रशासन तथा तत्कालिन स्रोत व्यक्ति श्री विष्णुभक्त पौडेल सरको विशेष पहलमा जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालयले १ महिला राहत कोटा (दरबन्दी) प्राप्त गर्यो। सो राहत दरबन्दीमा बिमला अर्याल छनोटमा पर्न सफल हुनुभयो। त्यसैगरी २०६५ सालमा थप १ राहत दरबन्दी प्राप्त गरी सो दरबन्दीमा साविक परासन गा.वि.स. की रेश्मा राना छनोटमा परी नियुक्त हुनुभयो।
दरबन्दी मिलानको क्रममा २०७२ सालमा जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालयले यस विद्यालयलाई २ स्थायी दरबन्दी स्वीकृत गरी पठाएको थियो।

हाल विद्यालयमा कक्षा १ देखि ५ सम्म सञ्चालनमा रहेको छ। कक्षा नर्सरी र के.जी. मा अंग्रेजी माध्यम मा पठनपाठन सुरु गरिएको छ। विद्यालयमा बालमैत्री कक्षाकोठा, सेवालाई सहज बनाउने वातावरण, हरियाली गार्डेन समेत रहेको छ।
At its inception, the school appointed two local residents—Sewaram Rana as Headmaster and Babita Badayak as Assistant Teacher—whose salaries were funded through private local sources. On Poush 25, 2063 BS, the District Education Office granted official permission to operate Grade 1, with approvals for subsequent grades following each year. As student enrollment grew, so did the need for more teachers. Through the active initiative of the School Management Committee, Parent-Teacher Association, school administration, and then-Resource Person Bishnu Bhakta Paudel, the District Education Office granted one female relief quota position, filled by Bimala Aryal. In 2065 BS, an additional relief position was secured, which went to Reshma Rana from the former Parasan VDC. Later, during a nationwide teacher re-adjustment in 2072 BS, the District Education Office sanctioned two permanent positions for the school, appointing Ram Bahadur Rana as Primary Level 2nd Class Teacher and Bhagarathi Rana as 3rd Class Teacher. Today, the school runs classes from Grades 1 to 5, has introduced English-medium instruction for Nursery and Kindergarten, and features child-friendly classrooms, an accessible learning environment, and a green garden.
